Unused portions of any package are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling & Changes
Guests may request one-time rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Rebooking is subject to tour availability and must fall within 3 months of original date.
Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Public Destinations
- All tour sites are public. Even for private tours, we cannot guarantee exclusive access to destinations.
- Private tours ensure exclusivity only for the boat, crew, and lunch experience.
Health & Safety
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation. Safety gear (e.g., life vests) must be worn as instructed during water activities.
- Psalms Travel Services follows all applicable safety regulations and reserves the right to cancel or modify tours in the interest of safety.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Guests must arrive at the agreed pickup time. Delays beyond 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of tour participation without refund.
- No-shows are considered forfeited bookings.
