Once payment is confirmed, your slot is guaranteed and secured. All tours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and weather conditions.

Unused portions of any package are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rescheduling & Changes
Guests may request one-time rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rebooking is subject to tour availability and must fall within 3 months of original date.
Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
Package details will clearly indicate inclusions (e.g., lunch, entrance fees, boat, guide, etc.).
Any personal expenses, souvenirs, or items not specified are not included.
Public Destinations
- All tour sites are public. Even for private tours, we cannot guarantee exclusive access to destinations.
- Private tours ensure exclusivity only for the boat, crew, and lunch experience.
Health & Safety
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
- Safety gear (e.g., life vests) must be worn as instructed during water activities.
- Psalms Travel Services follows all applicable safety regulations and reserves the right to cancel or modify tours in the interest of safety.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Guests must arrive at the agreed pickup time. Delays beyond 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of tour participation without refund.
- No-shows are considered forfeited bookings.
