Pick-up Policy
- Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are available for accommodations within Coron Town Proper.
- For hotels located outside Coron Town, additional transfer fees may apply, depending on the distance and accessibility.
- Alternatively, you may arrange to be picked up from a designated meeting point. Exact instructions will be provided the night before your tour.
Payments and Refund Policy
- All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., port closure, typhoons, or official government advisories), the tour may be rescheduled once without charge, subject to availability.

- Psalms Travel Services reserves the right to adjust the itinerary as needed in the interest of guest safety and comfort.
Food and Dietary Needs
- The buffet lunch includes meats, seafood, vegetables, fruits, rice, and drinks (items vary depending on season and availability).
- While we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, options are limited due to the remote island setup. Guests with specific dietary needs may bring their own food.
Communication and Reminders
- Final instructions, including confirmed pick-up time and meeting details, will be sent the evening before the tour via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
Tipping
- Tipping is optional but appreciated as a gesture of satisfaction for excellent service from your guide and boat crew.
