1. Your Relationship with Psalms Travel Services

6.3 Psalms Travel reserves the right to cancel bookings that violate these Terms.

6.4 Orders must be paid in full using approved payment methods. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6.5 Where the Supplier is the service provider, responsibility for service quality and delivery rests with them. Psalms Travel can assist in facilitating communication.

6.6 Some services may involve additional fees or taxes. We are not liable for Supplier pricing inaccuracies. If a booking is canceled by a Supplier, you will be notified.

6.7 Cancellation within the allowed timeframe may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable fees or exchange rate adjustments.

6.8 **Use of E-Voucher**

6.8.1 Upon successful booking, an e-voucher will be sent via email or SMS. You must print or present it digitally for redemption.
6.8.2 You must meet the redemption conditions, including ID verification. Failure to do so may invalidate the voucher with no refund.
6.8.3 Lost, stolen, or misused vouchers will not be replaced. Illegal use may result in denial of service.



7. Limitation of Liability

7.3 Psalms Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7.4 Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid within the 12 months prior to the claim.

10.2 We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure.


11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your relationship with Psalms Travel are governed by the laws of our business jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located at our business office.

12.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.

12.2 Psalms Travel may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without notice. You may not do so without written consent.
